An older style home with rustic features, located in the very heart of Black Rock in a quiet residential area. It is only a few metres walk away from a bus stop, the Black Rock shopping village and the beach. World renowned golf clubs are very close by. The house comprises lounge/dining room with an open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, three bedrooms (one queen and two doubles), two bathrooms/toilets, laundry, fully enclosed backyard, on site parking. A home away from home! The house is older style and rustic, free standing and fully self contained. It comprises of a lounge/dining room as you walk into the house, a kitchen, laundry, bathroom, a sitting/reading area and then a hallway which has three bedrooms leading off it. The main bedroom (with ensuite) looks out onto the rear garden which you can access via a sliding door. There are also 2 sideways, each of which has a sliding door for access. A side gate ensures that the backyard and sideways are secure if pets also stay.

A very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Excellent facilities and garden a bonus. We stayed 19 days and used the home for several modest family gatherings of extended family living in Victoria, all loved it. Michelle made contact early in our booking and responded quickly and positively to questions, but left us to enjoy our time together in her house. A great holiday!
We stayed 5 nights and found Michelle a lovely friendly host. The position was great for eating in one of Black Rock’s restaurants and the house was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen had every utensil required for cooking your own meals. Will definitely be back next year.
The property is described as‘rustic’ but it is extremely homely,comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need including lots of towels. The back garden has sun on it all day and has seating dotted around so you can always find the perfect spot. Michelle is the perfect host leaving eggs from her own chooks for our breakfast in the morning.She is readily available and kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying there.
We had a great stay in Black Rock and Michelle was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, friendly and organised. Our dog also had a great time! Highly recommend 😊
Michelle is a super host; we were warmly greeted and shown around. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent facilities – everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, quality bedding and plenty of fluffy towels! There is a well-kept pretty garden and we certainly made use of the bbq during our 10 day stay over the New Year. The location in Black Rock is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the fabulous beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We are already looking forward to returning to this fabulous place! Thank you Michelle for an amazing experience

The house in located in the beautiful Black Rock Village in a very quiet residential street. The Black Rock beach with stunning bay views is only a few metres walking distance from the house. The Black Rock Village shopping strip which has a vast selection of cafes, restaurants and artisan specialty shops is also only a few metres walking distance from the house. World renowned golf courses, including the Royal Melbourne Golf Club are a few hundred metres driving distance from the house. A bus stop is just around the corner and will take you to a range of beachside suburbs including St Kilda, Sandringham and Beaumaris as well as to the Sandringham and Moorabbin train stations which will take you directly to the City.
On site parking is available at the house, as well as unrestricted street parking. The beach and village shopping village is within a few metres walking distance from the house. The bus stop around the corner has the 600, 922 and 923 buses stopping which will take you to a range of destinations including St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham, Black Rock, Beaumaris, Mentone and Cheltenham. Black Rock to the City of Melbourne is half an hour driving time or an hour by train. It will take an hour to get to the lovely Mornington Peninsula which has pristine beaches and wineries.
