As you enter the house there is a gorgeous long arched hallway. Off the hallway is three of the five bedrooms, the family bathroom and second living room with wood fireplace. You then walk through to the open plan living, dining and elevated fully equipped stone kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows and doors fill the living space with natural light and look out over the slice of paradise back yard that is fully decked with heated swimming pool/spa. We have an outdoor dining area and plenty of privacy with high fences and mature trees. (The pool can be heated all year round) Upstairs to the second floor and the remaining two bedrooms. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
