Place was nice clean and tidy. Beautiful area with cafes etc in walking distance. We didn’t realise how far from CBD it was though which is our fault. Would stay somewhere closer next time, but that’s not a reflection of the house and amenities which were spot on. Thanks

Perfect for the family of us with two kids and also the other family of friends - one of the best experiences living in black rock with walking distance to beach restaurants and cafe. Kids liked the ice cream on the black rock street !

Black-rock is a beautiful area and the house (which is also beautiful) was close to the beach for our walks and coffee stops. We were 7 adults and 2 little children and the house had space and room for us all! Everything was clean on arrival and we settled in easily. The weather over Christmas was not so good so we ate inside. If the weather had been better, facilities in the garden for accommodating us all were limited. Other than that and a couple of things that the host is sorting, this house was perfect for us!

Lee's place is so well located. It is a short stroll to shops and cafes and the beach. There is a great sheltered beach only minutes away by foot that was perfect for the kids on a hot day. Lee always responded super quickly and if she was going to be unavailable for a while (on a plane flight) she let me know in advance. During our stay Lee arranged for the lawns to be mowed and the house to be cleaned. This worked fine with the gardener and cleaners coming and going without issue. We loved staying here and would stay again if the circumstances arose. Thanks Lee!
