House spacious, beautifully clean, comfy beds and high-quality furniture. Pool & garden gorgeous. House has absolutely everything you need for young and beautiful old. Serene neighbourhood and loved being so close to beach. 100 per cent recommend.

Loved staying here. Myself and 5 friends had a golf trip down to Melbourne and this place was a perfect location for the sandbelt courses. Joanne was very communicative, flexible and a great host. The house is as it's pictured, very homely feel, large space with great sleeping options. Would stay again. Thank you

Awesome house with great amenities. The outside pool area the kids loved and the large established trees provided great shade. Walking distance to great coffee and food made the trip really easy and loved beaumaris.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and “homely.” We felt relaxed the whole time. We loved the backyard and the pool. It’s also very close to the beach.
