We were a large family of 9, Joe's house was perfect for our needs, very spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and a short walk to the shopping trip where you can find anything you need. Joe was very responsive and nice, we felt welcomed and definitely wish to stay there again.

Joe’s house in Bentleigh was just as the pics showed . We spent a week there for a family wedding , with the location being perfect between visits to Albert Park and Melb CBD to see family and friends , as well as being only 35-40 minutes from our family at Mornington. The house has 5 separate bedrooms , one with an ensuite ( though the 5th bedroom near the laundry also pretty much has its own bathroom ) . There is also another central bathroom . The separate living areas means families can each have their own space . We had 4 adults and 4 children ( aged 5-14) and we never felt on top of each other . The theatre room was excellent , and the open kitchen Tv area great too . The backyard has a communal area and fire pit .

If you have the opportunity to stay here - DO IT! It’s a true gem! It’s an incredible property, so much room and beautifully set out. We had family over from Ireland for our wedding and they were amazed by how spacious and well appointed the property is. Normally pics can be deceiving and properties are smaller than pics show. But this was the opposite - it’s huge! Plenty of outdoor spaces too. Joe as a host was phenomenal, very friendly and proactive. He made sure we had everything we needed and more. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of our stay at this property, and of the host Joe. Thanks for making my families visit to Australia a memorable one.
