By far the worst experience I’ve had in my 5 years of using air bnb. Got starters me and the host did agree on an early check in time and fee, but didn’t quite make it clear enough that the fee had to be paid prior to arriving. We were cut back 2 hours due to this and upon us entering the stay you could notice a strong smell of some form of weed aroma even after having the cleaning service come. The host did at least respond pretty quickly with any questions and concerns up until a certain point. I wanna say it was about 5 hours after we checked in we decided to cook a small meal. As we began cooking my girlfriend noticed a roach crawling on the counter. I successfully took action and handled it thinking “okay maybe we’re good now” few minutes later 3 more roaches appear out of nowhere. We immediately pack our things contact the host, didn’t get a response for 3 hours after we had already booked a $200 hotel, and I’m still waiting for a refund as I’m writing this review. Do NOT book!!!

Pros: Great location, easy check in, quick response, looks like the pictures. Cons: Needs a DEEP DEEP clean. The bed had facial hair, stains, and smelled sour. Found random acrylic nails, washer and dryer were already filled with soiled sheets. Upon checking in, there were 2 bags of trash sitting by the door. Host came to drop off the gate keys and still didn’t take the trash bags. Even though it looks like the pictures, what you don’t see is the filth. All it needs is a deep clean and it would be perfect. Target is in walking distance so we had to go there and buy everything for our stay bc we didn’t feel comfortable using anything, and also couldn’t do laundry since there were loads from the previous tenants. I’ve stayed in many AirBnb’s but never like this. I have asthma and bad allergies and my first night I couldn’t stop coughing. There’s dust everywhere including large dark circles in the corners of the ceilings in every area.

First I’d really like to give a shout out to the owners. The place was better than the photos and the owners were very prompt to respond. I actually mistimed the reservation timing and they swooped in and were able to accept the changes. I would give the place six stars if I could.
