This location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the river, lots of walking paths along the river and through the forest. There was a volley ball net, a fire pit, hot tub, hammocks all in the back yard. Couple things to note - outdoor seating was limited (no chairs to sit around the fire pit or on the deck). The wrap around deck needs some repairs in some places making it not very safe for dogs or small children. If you plan to cook your meals I would bring some pots/pans with you. Overall a great place to stay to get out of the city!

Beautiful place and location but the hot tub was why we got it and were refunded less than 10% of what we paid when we let them know the hot tub was unfilled and not operating. If the hot tub worked, it would have been a phenomenal stay and would absolutely book again. In hindsight, I would have much rather paid for a cheaper option without a hot tub.

Wonderful place in the forest by the river. The property is spacious for outdoor activities & several walking trails near the river. It was a great spot for my family & dog. The house was very clean. Amenities just as described. The hot tub was clean & was great on the colder days. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, serene spot right on the river. We had snow on the ground and enjoyed the hot tub with the views. Close enough to get out for snowshoeing day trips with our groups infants and back by lunch/afternoon naps. Wifi was tricky at times due to satellite and some creativity in the kitchen with pots based on what we were cooking, overall highly recommend.

The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely hot tub and easy access the the river. The living room and kitchen had everything you would need for a lovely stay. We had a few issues checking in and the door to the laundry room and tv stand were both broken upon arrival but these were not huge things that impacted our stay. Everything that needed to work, worked and we had great communication with the host. Easy mountain access and beautiful house overall.
