Amazing place. I had a great time here with my group. The manager was responsive and property keeper was friendly and helpful. This place is unique and has lots of things to do. Will come back for sure.

There are some good reviews and some terrible reviews of this location. My family had a great time at this home. But we are comfortable with things not being perfect. The photos are from long ago. The basketball court is in bad shape, the slide on the pool is worn down and not smooth enough to slide on, and the movie projector is 720p. Hot water can be an issue, most of the showers need new aerators as pressure is low from having scale buildup. The Game room is nice, but the ping pong table has a rip in it. Lastly, and maybe the oddest, is there is a very small amount of sitting furniture. A few more couches would have been great. But, we had a great time swimming, cooking, and playing games. The on-site staff are friendly, quick to answer, and polite. The good news is my issues are somewhat easy to fix. I would recommend this place for a family who knows how to entertain themselves.

Our family stayed for the week of Thanksgiving - the hosts were helpful and kind, they responded immediately to our needs - which were few. This was the perfect venue for our family - we love to play - shoot pool, ping pong, the jacuzzi, tennis courts, volleyball and racquetball. The kitchen is more than adequate and we thoroughly enjoyed the theater doing karaoke every night!!! A great time was had by all!! We loved it and had a great vacation . . . . . . .

The house and property were amazing, little things were upsetting. Only a few of the showers had hot water. The hot tub would randomly drain and not be hot, we had to call both days to get it turned on. 8 rooms with TVs and no batteries. The dining chairs need reupholstered badly. There was no guest book to be found which we were referred to for all instructions. The place has great potential but for the amount of money i spent, i was a little disappointed. I get that the birds nest there and keep the bugs down but the piles of poop on the patio looked like they weren't cleaned for weeks. The refrigerators were dirty and a door handle fell off right when we got there. We made the best of it and still had a blast but some minor details would've made it outstanding.
