Check in was fine, just know you are going to be asked to attend a timeshare presentation. If politely declined, they were very nice and let me on my way. Room was very nice and as advertised. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Kitchen and living room layout were good and the patio was a nice outdoor space to sit. I like booking places with hot tub / saunas for after skiing recovery, they were nice at his location. Two minor complaints, the room temperature was veryhot and hard to regulate in the building- when I would return from skiing the room was about 76 degrees despite keeping the thermostat pegged at the lowest it would go - the corridors may be what is making it hard to regulate the temperature. While the amenities were nice, they were overrun with screaming kids and parents who just let them run wild. That isn’t this owners fault, but a suggestion to have at least one or two adults only hot tubs. Shuttle driver was so nice! Would return.

Easy check in. Spotless place. The shuttle to the base of the mountain is fantastic. The drivers are phenomenal. They are super helpful with ski gear, always playing up beat music on the shuttle, arrive smiling every time. One of the best perks about the place! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, & even Pyrex to store leftovers. Hot tub is wonderful after a long day on the slopes. Great stay!

Michael's place was very clean. It was very easy to get to the ski resort with shuttle running every 10 minutes most of the time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub late afternoons after skiing, which was very relaxing. I would give this place a five star for convenience and amenities.
