Place is well kept and in a pleasant location. Very easy to use and very modern with a lot of new appliances and technology. I did not get the chance to use the TV nor did I hear anyone else use it as I saw it was unplugged. Also there was a camera in the living room recording you which I was not made aware of before entering the property which did make me feel like I was being watched throughout my entire stay when outside of my room. I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for this but nevertheless was off putting given that I would prefer to know beforehand that there is a camera recording me. Other than that, place had one stain on the bedding and there was black mould in the shower but nothing strikingly major. The fridge is very small but I'm sure by contact you can ask for more space in the main fridge. Communication is limited with the owner (not host) if you only speak English, and the other rooms are used by Airbnb guests as well. I'd give it a fair 3.5/5

Allen is a great host very friendly. only the issue is there is no parking in the premises as described. there is roadside parking though. The residents don't know English, but still very good in showing you the facilities. Its a great place to live if you won't mind roadside parking.
