David’s apartment was as fabulous as he is! We had plenty of info sent across before we arrived including instructions on how to get there safely from the airport. We were very late arriving but he stayed in touch to make sure we got in OK. He was to hand throughout the holiday (we stayed for 8 days) and replied to any messages right away. His apartment is in a quieter part of Playa Del Carmen which we enjoyed as 5th av can feel like an attack on the senses after a while so it was nice to come back and relax. The room was cool too even during a heatwave and we had everything we needed. Actually, we didn’t have a plunger but we ran into an issue and David appeared only 15mins later with one for us. Great service! Roof terrace with the pool was great too. Most times we had the terrace to ourselves which was nice. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a supermarket only 5mins walk away. We loved our stay and we recommend it for anyone. Thank you David!

David was a great host. Always replying back to our messages, sending us loads of recommendations for tours, restaurants, everything. When we arrived we noticed we only one fork and no soap to wash dishes, we asked him if we should go get some and he immediately responded saying that he was coming to bring us the stuff. Whenever you need something or need to ask something , always reach out because David is always willing to help and make sure everything is okay! 1000% recommend this place, 5 minutes to 5th Ave, 5-10 minutes to the beach, 2-3 minutes to grocery stores, and delicious cheap tacos 5 minutes away along the CTM. Will for-sure be coming back.
