Chelsea’s place is a perfect get away for those seeking a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. Chelsea is very responsive and the parents who reside within the compound extremely warm and welcoming, always at hand to attend to any request. I highly recommend Chelsea’s place.

If you want the noise, conveniences, and bustle of the city, don't come here. If, however, you don't mind a cacophony of birds, starting with roosters and ending in a crescendo of wild birds, followed by cows and goats, if you don't mind the family dogs barking to keep hyenas out, then you might like this place. If you like buying a giant bag of fresh vegetables for under $1 and cook yourself in a fantastic kitchen, and eating in a gazebo with a fire, this might be your place. If you don’t get the chance to learn about the building of the bandas and boma from the person who built it, then you are missing out on one of the most fascinating aspects. If you get the chance to learn about this wonderful place and this powerful family and their lives here here and elsewhere, you will feel yourself privileged and inspired. Beyond being an absolute pleasure to talk to, the family has strong connections to the community and can assist in many arrangements. Best place I’ve stayed. Superhosts!

Chelsea is an awesome host! I loved the place, was good to go running or get a little bit of solitude. The place is nice and felt like a rural home away from home.
