This minimalist room has basic furnishings with a work desk, 32-inch Smart TV, Wifi, a tea kettle, towels, bathroom essentials, an in-room safe with tall ceilings, and large windows that let in natural light and cityscape views. Room Assignment is based on the number of guests in your booking. -> One or two guests will be assigned to the room with one full-sized bed (- Sleep max two guests, but ideally, one guest will feel most comfortable in the space.) -> Three guests will be assigned to the room, at least one full-size bed and one twin bed (Sleep max three guests, but ideally, two guests will feel most comfortable in the space.) -> Four guests will be assigned to the room with two full-size beds This is a multi-unit listing, meaning we have many of the same units in the building. All features and amenities are the same, but small aesthetics might differ, such as art, wall color, etc. —while our style is consistent, the view, layout, and design may vary.
No fuss, easy booking. Rooms were acceptable, nothing really spectacular. Overpriced for sure, but if you need a solution this will do.
Such a great location. Walkable to many galleries. China Town and Little Italy are just around the corner. The area is filled with people selling counterfeit fashion on the streets. So that either a selling point or not for some people jaja. Still, this spot is hard to beat if you need a space spur of the moment with a decent price point.
Our building is located in the middle of Tribeca, Soho, Little Italy, and Chinatown.
- Tribeca is a hip area known for its old industrial buildings, many now turned into residential loft space. Cobblestone streets are lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants.
- Soho is filled with boutiques, fancy chain stores, and high-end art galleries, a top shopping destination, especially for out-of-towners.
- Little Italy is one of the most iconic neighborhoods of NYC and offers a taste of New York Italian specialties hard to find anywhere else.
- Chinatown is a densely populated neighborhood that draws foodies and tourists to its many Chinese and Southeast Asian restaurants. The busy sidewalks are packed with souvenir stores, bubble tea shops, and markets selling everything from fresh and dried fish to herbs and spices.
