The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable, although the single room has the boiler in so it's advisable to switch off the heating at night if the noise is likely to disturb. When we booked, the website photos showed a separate dining area, however, this has obviously been converted into the single bedroom so the living and dining areas are now in a one room. This area is therefore small considering how many people the property accommodates. The property is very well located for Sunderland General Hospital and the area is very well serviced by buses for those without a car. Yoko was friendly and generally very responsive.
