David’s place was an absolute gem . There’s a nice spot to park right next to the Cabin , so carrying in belongings with two little ones was a breeze . Both of my girls had plenty of room to run and play and the property was private and well suited for a family . Inside the cabin everything was found exceptionally clean . The bathroom was brand new and even though I’m a huge germophobe it was found in pristine condition . The kitchen had ALL of the necessities for a family to be able to have meals comfortably . Each room had its own tv … the beds were comfortable and overall we felt very welcomed and were able to enjoy our stay . David was extremely accommodating and very communicative . Great stay in Hunter NY. The cabin was very nice, all we needed for a weekend hiking and sightseeing. The place was clean and well appointed. We did not cook but it has all you need to do so. David was always responsive and the communication was easy. Definitely a place to come back to. Recommended !

We absolutely LOVED David’s place! We mostly loved that we got to include our dog in our getaway! We enjoyed Kaaterskill falls trails, had an amazing lunch at Hunter Brewery (where they had so many delicious vegan options and allowed us into the restaurant with our dog, also bringing him water), and explored many surrounding areas like tannersville and saugerties! Everything was so close! We really enjoyed the fire pit and the view of the mountains! It was such a lovely experience!
