Organic veggies are grown here, the neighbourhood is quiet. Possums, sugar gliders, koalas, the odd blue tongue as well as many beautiful birds reside here. The Tulum General Store is an 8 minute stroll for your morning coffee. Horses gallop here along the beach each morning (worth getting up for!) . Coolart Wetlands (NP) tracks are a few minutes walk from your door. Our quaint Balnarring Village has all that you will need to make this your quiet base to explore all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. NB: A child could be accommodated on mattress.
