Throughout the property, the exposed stone walls complement the modern interior. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a Freeview TV, a Roberts digital radio and a DVD player located below the south-facing window that looks out to the garden and rolling Devon countryside.
