The location is good, view beautiful. The property in undergoing renovation and cottage 120, which was where we stayed, must have been renovated quite a while ago. Wi-Fi is slow and Intermittent making it difficult to work. The brew house next door was excellent and downtown Pismo just ten min walk. We had our dog with us and you may not leave any pet unattended in the spaces. It is a good place to stay if you do not plan on staying within the cottage all day to work or relax as the furniture needs updating to accommodate that. Good parking.

Place is clean , quiet and cozy! Perfect for our stay. Great walking distance to stores and restaurants. Easy access to beach and freeway

Great location and very friendly staff. It appears as though they are in the midst of renovations. Our first night there, one of the windows wouldn’t lock. The next morning after speaking with the front desk, the window was fixed immediately. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were updated and wonderful! The living room was outdated and the carpet was dirty. I realize that this is a pet friendly place, but the smell was a bit unpleasant. With some more TLC, this unit could be amazing!
