This was a beautiful and peaceful place, made me feel right at home. the pool, patio, and room all had an amazing view of the ocean. The host was responsive and made sure to solve any issues I had. It is located about 15 minutes from the airport, I would suggest renting a vehicle if you're going to rent this place. Besides I don't see why anyone that can drive wouldn't rent a vehicle because there is a lot of places to go on this island, do not forget the French side. *ps bring your mosquito repellant.

This villa is incredible! Whether you come with family or friends, it’s perfection. I loved it so much, we stayed an extra night. The people who work here are marvelous! I will be recommending everyone this Airbnb in St Maarten.

Great location and great villa overall. The only con was that the pool area doesn’t have any signs of how deep the pool is and my friend almost drowned getting in because of how deep it gets out of nowhere. Definitely not kid friendly. Everything else was great!

This airbnb was amazing! Looked exactly how it was pictured. The host and staff were welcoming. I recommend renting a car, the location is perfect, near the airport, restaurants, beaches and night life. Minor issues such as the key giving us an issue. There was no depth marker around the pool as well.

My family really enjoyed our time at Black Palm. Everything was clean, nice and quiet area and plenty of space to spend with friends and family!
