The place was clean, inside and outside. Having two bathrooms and a huge shower was awesome. We took the paddleboat out on the lake and went in the hot tub each night to unwind- it was magical. The couch and bed were super comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed to make meals. Julie is a great host- always quick to respond. She let us have a late checkout too...it was hard leaving!

We stayed at Julie’s driftwood cottage and fell in love with it the minute we turned into the property, the views of the lake and the peaceful sounds of birds chirping and nature made my New Yorker mind feel peace! Thanks again Julie 100% recommend!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home & instantly relaxed! The Driftwood Cottage has a ton of character, great views, & very peaceful. We were thrilled to be there in the snow! Mornings waking up to the lake's spectacular beauty. Evenings warming by the fire pit & hot tub stargazing were truest highlights!! Enjoyed cooking meals on the outside grill & in the modern kitchen equipped with everything needed. Watched movies & played fun board games by the warm fireplace enjoying each other’s company. Animal encounters included eagle sightings, deer family grazing along with chatty geese & beautiful swans bathing at shoreline. Julie & Bob are fantastic hosts - provided clear instructions, very proactive & responsive with communication, & suggested great local recommendations! Adore the small touches that make the home most inviting & cozy… thoughtful smores/snack basket & bathroom amenities. A perfect stay & definitely recommend! We are looking forward to coming back!
