As hosts, we prioritize your privacy and offer a hassle free experience with super easy check-in/check-out and no cleaning fee. Please be aware that the bathroom shower in this space is compact. The property is conveniently located on a quiet road between Malta and Saratoga, just off I-87 Exit 13s and Route 9. It is a short 4-6 mile drive to Saratoga attractions. The space is a private second floor loft apartment above the detached garage (access via exterior stairs and private entrance) with exclusive use of a spacious unfenced private back yard. Inside the loft: There are 3 rooms in this space: an open living room- kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It comfortably accommodates 2-3 people. The bedroom has a queen size bed with Serta Ansley Escape mattress, a workspace/vanity nook, closet, and smart TV. A queen air mattress with pillows/linens is also available for guests to place in the living room area. The bathroom contains towels, bathing supplies, plenty of toilet paper, and other extras. *Please note the shower is compact, measuring 25” length x 25” width on the interior. It has a hand held sprayer for flexibility. * Majority of our guests have been comfortable in the shower, but it may feel too confined for some. The cozy living room area includes a 2 seat sofa (does not pull out), reading corner, 60 inch smart TV and some games and books. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, basic spices/condiments, oil, and appliances for food prep. (Hot plate, air fryer/convection, microwave) There is no dishwasher or traditional stove/oven. Coffee and tea are included. Outside: Guests have exclusive access to the back yard and extra large fire pit. The yard is large, open, casual, private, and encircled by mature woodlands and gardens. Our vibe is flexible and easy-going. Your privacy, comfort, and enjoyment of the space is our priority.
