We really enjoyed our stay here and the hosts have prepared their space in a very thoughtful way! The house was very clean and stocked with helpful supplies. The outdoor space is really beautiful as well. The house is a short drive to the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center and downtown Saratoga Springs, and Kathy shared a lot of great information with us about the area and how to get around.

We had an amazing stay at Dave and Kathy’s! Their home was super spacious, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Check-in (and out) was very simple and they provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. We were in town for some concerts at SPAC and we were much closer to the venue than expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to book their home again on our next visit to Saratoga.

Dave and Kathy were wonderful hosts! Their place was absolutely beautiful and a great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. So happy with our choice. Their backyard was so relaxing. 100% recommended their home.

We were in town for a concert at SPAC, and Dave & Kathy's place was exactly what we needed. They were extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend!
