Welcome to The Treehouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom loft apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV - or enjoy a book in the lofted reading nook. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Downtown is only a short stroll away. Park Place is a 4-unit apartment building. Each apartment has its own identity. The Treehouse was inspired due to its 2nd and 3rd floor orientation. Please note: the space is NOT an actual treehouse; it is a lofted 1 bedroom apartment.

Just a short drive, or walk, to the Front St/downtown area.
Parking in the front and rear of the house; parking in the rear is closer to the stairs going to the 2nd floor.

I love to travel! I'm happily married and the father to a 5 year old boy, or a tornado... either works! Nothing better than getting on a plane or hopping in the car and being able to experience a completely new place in a few hours time. I love Mexican food, craft beer and getting out for a run (mostly to work off the Mexican food and beer :-) Can't wait to travel to your area and experience what your city has to offer!
