It was refreshing to stay at such a well appointed and truly clean condo. The beds were quite comfortable, with lovely linens providing the perfect nights rest. We also appreciated a well stocked kitchen and a dishwasher that include cleaning detergent. While we did not use it there was a large screen TV in the family room, a selection of board games and a cozy sectional couch to relax on. Highly recommend this unit. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Lanyel’s place. The place was exactly as pictured and absolutely spotless! The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. We all had an excellent time.

Lanyel is a great host. She replies quickly, answers any questions and provides clear instructions. Her home is very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well-supplied. There are so many little extras that she provides; including individual toiletries, Kleenex, extra paper products, tea/coffee, water. The neighbourhood is very quiet and feels safe. The house is very close to shopping, gas stations, etc. Lanyel provides great directions to the house, suggestions for restaurants, activities and clear instructions for checking in and out, Wifi code. There are streaming services on the television and the heat/cooling can be accessed by the guest. The beds are comfortable, towels are soft and plush and the living room is very comfy. My family and I had a great weekend and would love to come back again.

Great stay!!! Excellent location to downtown Saratoga and the racetrack. Communication with the host was so easy and the place was spotless!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
