Welcome to Saratoga Springs! Our house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that is just 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga! The Racetrack, Casino, Saratoga Lake and cute town of Ballston Spa are all also only a short drive ~10 minute drive! That is, if you ever make it out of the backyard! Our backyard is seasonal* but if you are lucky enough to visit in the warm months, you can enjoy the salt water pool, grill and fire pit. Relax with the whole family at our little oasis! My wife and I are Saratoga locals who love our charming town and are excited to share it with you. We hope you find our home as comfortable and inviting as we do. Our house has one master bedroom with a king bed and a queen bedroom on the main floor. We have one room upstairs with two twin beds and a bedroom downstairs with a full size bed. We have two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, livingroom, dining room, and a finished basement furnished with a full bar, tv's, dart board, and plenty of space for entertaining! In our backyard, you will have privacy with our wooden privacy fence while you enjoy the salt-water pool or fire-pit. We are also dog-friendly, with a chainlink fence for their saftey. You are welcome to use the grill and yard games while you stay. Feel free to use any appliances throughout the house (hair dryer, humidifiers, Keurig, Coffee Pot, etc.) We will be sure to provide coffee and tea.

We are in town for my sons graduation from medical school! This house was deceiving. When you walked in it was cozy and comfortable, but then as you toward the house room after room after room, came up and was surprising. The backyard is to die for. Simply amazing!!!
We had an outstanding time at this home. Very clean, furnished beautifully and so much space. Our dog loved the big backyard. Very kind and understanding host, brought us all the chairs for the fire place outside. This is definitely the perfect hometo come spend with your loved ones !
Our host was very thoughtful and accommodating. His home was clean and pleasant to stay in. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he was eager to help us, never mentioning the inconvenience to him. We will definitely stay here in the future if we come back to the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jason’s house. We planned a family weekend for my husband’s birthday. There were six of us staying. I had some questions before the stay and Jason was super responsive. I mentioned my husband liked craft beer and there were four cans of local craft beer waiting for us when we arrived. The place was spotless. They had everything we needed, including travel sized body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The basement was great, and we had a great time watching the playoff games and playing darts. I typically find air bnb homes to be less than what is depicted in the pictures, but this house was exactly as pictured and described, if not better.
Jason was a great host! His home was easy to get too and furnished with a beautiful Christmas tree upon arrival! The space was perfect for our group with comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The basement was beautiful! It had a great bar area with a sectional sofa and television! Dart board and gaming system was a great touch for the kids. The house is approximately 10 minutes from the downtown area where you will find great restaurants and beautiful shops to spend the day. It is also close to the race track so I can just imagine how perfect that would be for the warmer months! I would definitely recommend Jasons’ home for your stay and we will be going back in the near future! Thank You again!!!
