After reading the wonderful reviews of this property, I was super excited about my stay. Admittedly, this was not my first or second choice but nearby hotels with family rooms were all sold out during the holiday season. First impression after entering the main lobby and walking up to the unit - excessive wear and tear through out corridors and elevator and general untidinesses. First impressions when entering the unit: damp/ stale order, floors felt sticky and unclean, bathroom tiles filled with black mold, doors and walls showing clear evidence of lots of traffic and wear and tear, refrigerator - absolutely disgusting ( I included photos). I honestly would have walked out immediately but I am visiting Malaysia, and the area for the first time - I was also tired of driving trying to escape some of the flooding. I paid nearly a $100 USD for this property but could not wait to leave. The owner was responsive but it was a little to late. Please have the unit 💯 ready for your guest.

the location of the unit is good. we have a swimming pool view. the balcony was a bit dirty and rusty. request host to fix this. apart from this the stay was perfect.
