Amazing friendly host and excellent convenient location!

I send Irene a message asking about the check in, she never answered. I arrived at 5 pm and I had no idea how to get inside the house. I called her to ask for help, and she yelled at me. I understand she had a family emergency, but she had no empathy towards me. I was able to get inside the house, and it was very dirty. The kitchen, the floor was disgusting, the bathroom too. When I got to the room I rented, I saw that someone slept there the night before, I knew because the sheets were not changed, the bed wasn’t made, there were someone else's belongings still inside the room like bottles of alcohol, tabacco, and slippers. I asked for a partial refund because there was an emergency, but I couldn’t stay in that room.
