It’s a lovely little flat in a good central location. Was 10-15 walk to get to any main attraction points and it’s very much safe neighbourhood all around. We enjoyed our stay for a night. My only negative is the parking around the area. There is a whole bunch of rules where you can or can’t park depending on different colour lines. The host was certainly trying to explain it but I think some of it got lost in auto translation. Once we spoke with couple of places around we were clearer how it works but then I had to have the alarm on my phone constantly so I don’t forget to renew the parking ticket every 2h as it’s a max you can park for… so yeh I would say lack of dedicated parking space is certainly a challenge. I fully appreciate that it’s really not a host fault, non the less is inconvenient. We only done it for a day as it was short stay, but could be really annoying if you stay longer. Apart of that all lovely, clean and styled really nicely so would certainly recommend!

Fijne Airbnb op een gunstige, rustige plek om Valencia te verkennen. Fietsen huren in de buurt en lekker door het park fietsen om vervolgens op het strand te belanden. Bezienswaardigheden en vele restaurants op loopafstand. Victoria is een hele vriendelijke, supersnel reagerende en flexibele host. We hebben een top verblijf gehad en raden deze airbnb zeker aan.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Está en muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y bien comunicado. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y el baño es súper bonito 🥹 Muy recomendable, volveremos!!!

Beautifully renovated apartment close to Valencia old town and within walking distance of buses and metro. The apartment had everything we needed for a few nights stay including a fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend!
