Babeth's place was home to us for a few days because we were participating in a multi-day event at the World Trade Center. I imagine it's easy to walk to and from WTC to this place if we chose to, but because of the heat in Manila and the way the roads are built around the area, we just opted to book Grab cars to get to the event and back. It was very easy to book Grab in this area, and we were never late because the trips were always quick and easy. It was comfortable inside Babeth's place, with plenty of space for 2-3 people. We were able to buy food and other supplies at the grocery at the ground floor of the building, and the Chinese restaurant near the entrance offered delicious food at reasonable prices. Again, because of the heat in the metro, we had a bit of difficulty getting the room to cool down even with the air conditioning. It's cool in the living area (couch, kitchen, dining), but warm inside the bedroom even if there was a vent to help get the cool air inside.
