Ha sido la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido en nuestro viaje a Cuba debido a la cercanía de Lele y su hija Evelyn. Nos trataron como a otro miembro más de la familia. Las tortitas del desayuno exquisitas como todo lo demás. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo y aconsejamos el alojamiento en esta casa.

This place is nice enough, although the photos are years out of date. Breakfast was very good and they helped us to get a taxi back to Havana easily. However, there were some bugs in the bed and room (I still have bites all up my legs) and while LeLe was very helpful when she arrived (if you could speak Spanish), her daughter was less welcoming. When we arrived we weren’t sure we were at the right place at all even after being shown to the room, and some things were moved in our room during the 3 days we were there (when we were out). It was a bit of a walk (15 minutes) to town, and don’t take the advice on where to buy water - it was the most expensive place in the whole town, and the guy asked us where we were staying (I imagine to potentially give a kickback). I was also disappointed that despite saying on the advert that they would help with taxis for arrival, this was not offered and even when I asked Janet if she could arrange one, she just said no. I’ve stayed in many Casas around Cuba recently but unfortunately this was not one I would return to.

We‘ve stayed one night at this place on our Kuba-Round-Trip. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a cute little restaurant over the way where you can get a good breakfast. Communication via Airbnb was a little complicated. Unfortunately, some of our messages have not been answered.

La casa de Janet está muy bien ubicada, justo al lado de la playa. Lele, la hermana de Janet quien nos acogió es muy amable. Hemos pasada un lindo momento allí. Gracias!

Big nicely furnished modern rooms, big bathroom, very clean. Towels, soap, snorkelling equipment, breakfast laundry service is provided. Wifi is available but like everywhere we stayed in Cuba you should ask your host who lives next door to turn it on. Room was cleaned every two days. 500m to city center. Tourist bus from the door. Unfortunately host could not speak English but with some effort we were able to communicate with our limited Spanish skills. Friendly helpful host.
