Jose's place is nice for a short stay. It is clean , the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is fine. My one comment would be as a single female traveling alone, I think I would have felt more comfortable with a better lock or additional lock on the door to the room. Entering the building is safe and well protected for sure; but the actual unit I felt could use a better lock ; and not just a door handle lock. I am sure overall this is not an issue, but that was my one thought.

Good location in a cozy spot, about 15-20 minutes walk to reading terminal market. Host was great with communication and check in was made easy.

Unit 4 - Decent place to stay, 20 min walk from the conference center, decent value. Fairly clean, though the bathroom needs maintenance - shower door is old and doesn't slide, towel hooks are command striped on wallpaper which is pulling off a bit - I didn't hang my towel on them in fear I'd rip the wall paper. The bathroom lights flickered a lot, and the vanity only had 2/3 bulbs. No AC either and it's on the 3rd floor, though it had a fan. No iron or ironing board. I might pay up a bit more for something nicer next time but not a bad place.
