Centrally located (30 minute walk to downtown and tourist things like Independence Hall and the art museum) and a deck with spectacular views. The neighborhood is okay, not as many bars and cafes and shops as Northern Liberty or Fishtown, but The Institute is a really cool bar/restaurant around the corner. I brought up some concerns with the property managers Alina & Fanny, so hopefully they will speak to the owners of the unit and address them. 1. The deck has really wonderful rooftop views but zero furniture and a security camera which is always on, so doesn't feel welcoming and feels invasive. 2. All doors to the building and apartment lack functionality, so that's not ideal. The sliding door to the deck is held in place by a block of wood and does not lock. 3. The kitchen and bathroom and floors are nice and updated, but missing comfort-level details like decent towels and pillows and decoration and shower amenities, so some of the finer points seem overlooked.

Good spot good surroundings, nicely walkable (not a hassle to get places but actually pleasant to explore and find cool spots). We actually walked to the Museum of Art and the Zoo. Had local eats, and travelled by Lyft to avoid parking issues but our largest Lyft bill was $20. In short, you can beat this location for what it is. The deck is amazing and a nice respite. The apartment is quiet and in a small building on an entirely residential street. Amenities are more than enough to be comfortable and not spoiled with unnecessary details- small fridge, large shower, memory foam bed. Book it, you’ll be glad you did!

This place was beautiful, quiet place to relax and enjoy time alone, the spot was clean and it had everything I needed, I would stay again and again, Thank you. This place is a must visit, vacation away from home vibe. The rooftop deck provides the best night sky view! The place is pretty spacious, super clean, and definitely gonna book again.
