Enjoyed our few days here. Communication was excellent from booking and throughout our stay. The flat had everything we needed and was clean and private. Short walk to the train and quick ride into the CBD. Would highly recommend staying here. Excellent value.

If I could rate this place more than five stars I would! My husband and I stayed here for the Eras Tour, it was a great stay with even better hosts! Responsive, friendly, and all around great people! The train station is a quick walk down the road and easy to navigate to the city, making it convenient to get to the hustle and bustle while staying in a quiet area. Thank you Tracey and John for making our first trip to Australia start off great! Ps. While you’re here try DKs kebabs across from the train station! You won’t be disappointed.

My brother and I enjoyed our stay very very much. First, the location is so convenient in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 mnts walking distance to Dulwich Hill station then T3 train 6 stops to Sydney Central station, also there is L1 Light rail to more places. The Granny Flat itself exceeds our expectations, but most of all both Tracey and John are so friendly and responsive. I will definitely give recommendations and will come back again in my future trips.

Excellent property in the garden of a really friendly couple. The apartment was perfect, great kitchen, fridge, washing machine, well equipped and surprisingly spacious but the Wi-Fi was really slow. However, when we arrived we followed airport information and decided to use a taxi because they said it was cheaper than 2 people using the public train, roughly $20 each person. Even though we checked with the taxi rank assistant prior to our journey the driver presented us with a bill of $70.67 for a 6 Km journey. This property has great links to the centre of Sydney using a contactless card, which is the same price as an Opal card only not capped at $15. Nearby buses 412 and 426 will get you into the centre or you can use T3 (Train) or L1 (Light Railway or Tram) if you fancy a change.
