The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We ordered chef's service on most days and the food did not disappoint! The place is beautiful and just right, there were days where there'd be power cuts but they had generators, so that helped.

A really nice house with open areas and a lovely pool which we loved Only one thing was a disappointment cos when you see location in airbnb it looks like it’s near the walking street with all the shops to the beach so no easy access after all. To me it meant something and only the space compensated for that, but that’s misleading so.. Hope he has corrected so you can see the house actually is placed behind the Jacaranda road

Beautiful resort, helpful staff, great pool. 100% would stay again. I stayed at another unit in the complex for the weekend then decided to stay longer for the week and booked here. Some issues to be aware of, power wasn’t reliable - every day there was an outage in the evening and at times it wasn’t every unit…would be a few places with power still so very odd. But this meant no WiFi (which was quite weak to begin with). And when the power is out the generator can be incredibly loud. This was only an issue for me because I was working while in Watamu. If you are on holiday, should be perfectly fine. Additionally, the beds are very hard, so if you like a soft bed beware. If I come to Watamu again on a proper holiday, would probably still stay again!

Filippo's home is great for a couple, family, or friends. The pool is spectacular. It was a bonus to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as it was very hot this time in Watamu. The place is very safe and secure. All the staff are friendly and unobtrusive. There are great beaches, restaurants, and a shop in easy walking distance or you can get a tuk-tuk or bike sent to you if you ask the security guys. We will definitely be back! Thanks Filippo!
