Great location, beautiful views. Coffee on the porch looking across to the water was a real treat. We had a couple of hiccups but John was very helpful in getting everything resolved quickly. We enjoyed our time.

Great place to stay in a quiet part of town with perfect view of the beach. Most of our activities weren’t in walking distance but at the end of the day it always felt like coming home. Great decor and relaxing atmosphere
The pictures do not do this spot justice. This light-filled cottage is beautiful and literally across the road from Nantucket Sound. There were only 2 of us but the cottage has 2 other bedrooms that can sleep at least 4 other people. The sun porch was a little piece of heaven and we started our mornings there drinking coffee, looking out on the water. The living room has 2 comfy couches and chairs and a big TV with available streaming services. The kitchen is a full eat-in kitchen. The main bed was comfy. There were 2 heaters that kept the space cozy during the rainy days. There is a terrific eating spot steps away-THE SAILING COW, with great breakfasts. They also serve lunch and happy hour. You will need a car to explore the Cape, but you can take long walks along the Sound. We came off-season so the road was quiet and we saw only a few people throughout the day. Everyone was friendly and we felt safe. John was helpful and welcoming. Thank you so such a great get-away!

Old Wharf Road is part of a number of summer cottages and villages. Unique to most waterfront regions of Cape Cod. Most of the cottages are seasonal and mostly occupied during the summer season. More recently, more and more Cape Cod visitors have been coming to visit in the Spring and the Fall seasons. Great beaches that are each beautiful and unique. Many of those beaches are walking distance from the cottage.
Old Wharf Road has access to public transportation, great walking and biking routes. Very scenic. Most of the beaches have amazing views. lots. Easy access from the parking. Biking, walking, jogging and taking a stroll is very common.

Our family has been vacationing on Cape Cod for a few generations. When the opportunity came our way to own a waterfront cottage that was conveniently located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, we couldn't pass this up. Being on the water is truly the way to vacation. We do have the chance to use the cottage a few times a year but we also enjoy sharing with other Cape Cod vacationers. We want our guests to have the same experience we have and we want you to feel right at home during your stay. We keep the house very clean and welcoming. We provide everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Whether your a first time visitor or a returning guest you are always welcome.
