Die Wohnung war super sauber und gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super, es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Kommunikation war super freundlich und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist jederzeit zu empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I’ve been nomading from AirBnBs for 3+ years and this is the strangest (and only bad) review I’ve ever written. Be WARY of this host. I originally inquired about 2 of his other properties which were available at time of booking, but he told me they were booked and kept pushing me to a different unit. I asked if there were any differences and he NEVER mentioned that this unit was actually HIS BASEMENT?! The listing location coordinates were also wrong & it said owner not on site which isn’t true - the owner literally lives in the house and there’s an internal hallway that opens up to the basement! When I arrived and realized this, the host got defensive over messages and it was only when AirBnB agreed that the listing wasn’t accurate that I was refunded. He then changed the listing details (not knowing I had a screen recording) & accused me of giving AirBnB incorrect details. Then, he messaged me asking not to leave each other reviews, but then he left me one anyway?!

We loved our stay and we stay in a lot of these! All the thoughtful touches and peaceful environment were so appreciated. We both work remotely and there were two great areas to set up a desk. The fireplace and hot tub were super cozy, too. Quick 10min drive to Boulder or 6min to Longmont.

Great place to stay for extended stays! Really liked being in between Longmont and Boulder.
