Very beautiful villa that is nestled amidst lush paddy fields. The villa is an approximate 15min motorbike ride to central Ubud, which is nice if you are looking for a private living experience. LOVED the view from the pool. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and staff are accomodating and friendly. Expect bugs - you are in the heart of a natural environment and it's normal to have these "visitors"! All these said, the villa has obvious signs of wear and definitely needs maintainence to resolve mould issues. The water dispenser's tray has green mould and did not dispense hot/cold water. We avoided this by buying and using bottled mineral water. Both the living room and bedroom floors felt sticky/tacky when we arrived - thankfully I travel with cleaning wipes and used that to wipe down the floors every day during our stay. Towels and bedding are changed upon request. Overall, a good experience and I'd return if the issues I listed are promptly addressed.

Всё прошло отлично! Жильё соответствует фотографиям, персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. В аренду был включён завтрак – его принесли вовремя. Единственный момент: следите за чистотой пола. В силу того, что его текстура неровная, там очень быстро скапливается грязь, что немного портит общую квартиру. Тем не менее, всё прошло замечательно, спасибо!

Just like in the pictures. Clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delivered at the villa and was really good! Keeping our bags before check in was really helpful.
