The Northern Michigan (NoMi) Escape is a charming home that offers a cozy space that sleeps up to 6 adults plus 2 children. Sleeping Areas: we provide all linens and comfortable bedding. - BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 queen bed, luggage rack, (direct access to the main floor bathroom) and a laptop friendly work space - BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with a space to hang clothes - BEDROOM 3 (upper level): 3 twin size bunk beds and a dresser with some storage Bathrooms: we provide towels (e.g., bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel) and quality and sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap). - BATHROOM 1: full bath (bathtub) - BATHROOM 2: 3/4 bath (standing shower) Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, Folgers ground coffee, creamer, tea, condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard), trash bags, dishwasher pods. Entertainment: You can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games; a paddle boat and two kayaks; a Roku to connect to all your streaming services, a DVD player with a selection of popular movies, a PS2 with a selection of games, and a blue tooth soundbar Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and direct view of Martin Lake. Back Deck: there is a brand new flattop propane grill, along with an outdoor dining area that seats four. At night, try keeping the porch light off, so you can stargaze from the porch or on the sandy shore. Feel free to use the fire pit to make smores or to sit around for conversation. Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots in the community parking lot. *For your and our safety, the home is equipped with a security camera near the entrance door facing the parking lot. ***Please note before booking that there is no AC and washer/dryer at the property.
