We enjoyed our stay. Didn’t worry at all since the check in time was flexible, which really is a plus. There was a homey feeling to the unit and how clean it was. Thank you. Will recommend and will utilize again.

I've stayed at other places in this complex over the last few years, and so have a level of expectation as to what I was getting. This experience was not up to the usual level. Had to wait to check in for an email (asked by the security guard) which never happened before. I had just come off a 5 hour care ride and it was almost 9 pm...so it would have been great to take a nice hot shower before sleeping but the water heater didn't work. Mabel did come and fix it the next day. Also in the advert, it let me to believe there would be more than 3 tiny bottles of water and 3 tiny packets of Nescafe. I ended up going out and buying a bigger bottle of water that night, and going out for coffee at Starbucks in the morning. And in the shower there was one bottle of shampoo...but no soap. I used the hand soap bottle from the kitchen. Oh, and there were two wall clocks...one right above the TV. Neither worked so they were useless and had me checking my watch all the time.
