I had the pleasure to stay at Elaine and Andreas place for over a week. Though it is attached to the main house, you had the feel of living in your own private cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need on a daily basis and the bonus (as an athlete) was a washer and dryer! There were a few issues that came up during my stay but Andreas was quick to resolve with seamless communication and execution. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood which makes it pleasant for a good nite's sleep but also just a short drive to restaurants/cafes and shops. Parking is easily accessible if you choose to rent a car. Thank you Elaine for your hospitality!

I reserved Elaine's property for two months. I wanted a safe place with easy parking. Elaine's property exceeded my expectations. It is very well equipped ~ plenty of linens, dishes, comfortable bed, full bath, and more. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. It's quiet and private. The town of San Anselmo has a lot to offer with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Elaine is an excellent host. In addition, the price is very fair. I would gladly rent again from Elaine.

Beautiful suite with everything you need to make it feel like home. My favorite room was the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, a large fridge, and washer & dryer. Bedroom was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the armoire was large enough to fit clothes for 2 guests with extra room to spare. The bathroom was very clean thoughtful. There were a lot of empty drawers to unload your toiletries and a rainfall shower head!! It’s comfortable and great for long term stays. My boyfriend and I loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. It’s located close to downtown San Anselmo, Fairfax, and driving distance to Mt Tam and Point Reyes. Honestly, it’s the best Airbnb I have every rented. Elaine and her husband are very responsive to Airbnb messages too. I highly recommend this suite and will definitely return for another staycation. Thanks Elaine!!

The place is in the safe neighborhood I stayed there for 3 months and I didn’t have any problem. There was always available street parking space and the street is very safe. The street gets very dark at night, but I used my flashlight to walk to the house which is a short distance. They have a lot of lights in the yard, so once I got to the their yard the lights turn on. The house itself is small but has all the amenities that I needed for my stay. Elaine and her husband are very nice people. The house is also close to the shopping centers and restaurants. I was also able to visit some amazing places like the national park Point Reyes but it’s an hour drive from the house but it totally worth it. neighborhood is very walkable if you get bored.
