We loved our stay at Portishead marina. The house was spacious, comfortable, modern and very clean. We had a slight problem at check in as the key was in a different location to where it should’ve been but this was sorted out in no time with a quick call. The location was excellent, very close to all the amenities and even though the house is on the main road, we had no problems with parking or noise (and I slept in one of the rooms facing the steer with the window open). There wasn’t much storage in 3 of the bedrooms although there were additional hook rails behind the doors, not a problem for us as only staying 2 nights and we could’ve used the wardrobe in the master suite if needed. Wi-Fi worked well and was easy to connect to. There was a large fridge freezer in the kitchen which gave us plenty of room for food, there’s a Waitrose and Lidl just round the corner too. Would definitely recommend; great hosts and a great property 😊

Really nice house in good location. Garage available and close to marina, high street, supermarkets and restaurants. 20 minutes from Bristol.

We had a lovely few days at Helen’s property. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was great with plenty of places to eat, shops nearby if we needed to pick anything up and we really enjoyed exploring the Marina and surrounding area. The house is lovely and Helen and Kirk are great hosts.
