The beds were very comfortable and the toys were a big hit. There was cat hair on the furniture and the master bedding was clawed up a little. The playroom had a musky like smell to it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and a few extras like a random egg left in the fridge. It was raining so I did ask the host 5 hrs early if I could check in an hr early. Never heard back.

There were five of us including our grandson plus our dog. The house was very spacious with a master bed large enough for three. There were plenty of bath towels to last four days. One suggestion: provide handrails in bath/shower for older folks like me who are not as steady on the feet as I used to be.

Unfortunately, the cons definitely outweigh the pros for us with this one. The place was dirty, pet hair everywhere on everything, couch had stains and toenails on it-literally felt like someone just left. We definitely cleaned the whole place and had to go to Walmart for extra supplies beyond clorox wipes at 9pm!! There is a hole in the front door allowing stink bugs to invade and fly around everywhere (it maybe that time of year but I'd rather bugs stay outside). Hall shower does not work so we all used 1 bathroom. Definitely was not comfortable there. Kids had a good time with the games. Sorry to say that I just was not comfortable there. Pros are super convenient location and alot to entertain kids but 1 I would NOT pick again. For the price, we should have not had to clean up or be limited to one usable shower. Very disappointed. I'm done with Airbnb's after this one.

House has all the comforts of home, spacious, clean, lots of kitchen appliances, laundry room has new appliances, great water pressure, comfortable beds/couches and I could really just keep going!

Evolve helped us out so much when we needed to extend our stay but were having a problem with booking it through the Airbnb app. With the house itself; the cons were the hallway shower didn't work and the couch was very dirty which we ended up cleaning, the pros were that the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with any appliance and tool that you might need.
