Relax at this beachy seaside home, with coastal decor and modern touches close to a beautiful beach and famous pub. The house is situated in the seaside village of Morfa Nefyn, close to a 27-hole Championship Golf Course and many wonderful beaches. There are 3 pubs within walking distance and a very well stocked shop for anything you need. Check in is from 16.00 on the day of arrival. Check out is 10.00am, the cleaners will arrive from 10.00am. The house sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms - 1 king size bedroom and 2 further twin bedrooms. There are two bathrooms; one with a rain shower, the second bathroom has a bath. The house has an open plan living and dining space. A dining table for 6 guests, a living area with 2 sofas, comfy cushions and a log burner for cosy evenings in. There is a fabulous garden to the rear with lavender and rosemary bushes, an apple tree and coastal themed touches. In the summer you will have use of a dining table and chairs for 6. You will see lots of butterflies and birds nesting in the box depending on the season. There is a small fire pit in the garden available for your use to toast marshmallows as the sun goes down. We will leave some Marshmallows for you in the house, you will find these in a Kilner jar with with some handy sticks. Be careful with little ones. You will need to purchase some logs for the log burner. These are available at the garage shop, about 1 minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped with the usual things, plus a dishwasher and microwave oven. There is a standard size under counter fridge with a cool box but no freezer unfortunately. We just don’t have the space. It is not a large American style fridge freezer so it is advised not to bring too much food that needs to be refrigerated. Books and games can be found in the living area. WiFi is available throughout the house. The TV has a good selection of channels plus Netflix etc. (bring your log in details). Towels are left out for guests. One per guest. Plus a hand towel for the bathroom. The upstairs twin bedroom has a pitched/sloping ceiling, better for children but perfectly fine for adults too. As long as you’re not really tall! There is complimentary shower gel in the shower. Parking is available for one car on the drive, or two cars if you squeeze right up. Roadside parking is available.
