Close enough to Breck and somehow in a world of its own. Easy to get to Frisco with ease as well. Perfect size house for us and our 2 kids. Plenty of snow to play in, and the lot size made for a place that felt more like home. The kitchen had everything we needed except a wine opener (but it has one now…..lol). Honestly couldn’t have asked for a more convenient and accommodating space. We would definitely stay here again.
Property was excellent! So glad we stayed here. It’s about 11 mins outside of Breck and maybe 13 mins away from Frisco, so you get the best of both worlds without sacrificing distance. The cabin was cozy and extremely clean! As much as I love visiting Breck, I almost didn’t want to leave the warmth of this property. If I did have one complaint, it would be the front door. Unlocking or locking the front door was such a pain every time. It definitely needs to be looked at and repaired, but that small issue didn’t warrant a lower rating. Overall, it was such a great place to unwind and relax! Will definitely be back one day soon!
We came to Breckenridge for a family get away and our stay at TigerRun made our trip spectacular!! From the snowfall as we drove in, to the moment we unpacked-we knew we had picked the right place to stay! The location is perfectly nestled between downtown Breck and Frisco. Breck is literally a 5 minute drive and where we spent most of our days! Also, only minutes away is Sapphire Point Overlook where you can take the most breathtaking pictures! They also offer trails! The cabin itself was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved cooking in the kitchen and playing games at the table in the evenings. The bedrooms had great storage and very comfortable beds! The best time of day there was when I had my morning coffee on the couch looking out the back patio as the sun rose through the gorgeous trees and sitting on the back patio in the early evenings with the fire pit going enjoying a glass of wine! I most definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!
Great spot! Very convenient location in Breck. Was clean and comfortable. Definitely would return!

As an HOA we have a mixture of homeowners on site enjoying their property and guests staying at privately owned properties. Since each property is individually owned, each site has a bit of its owner’s personality. This means that you can continually stay at the resort and get a new experience each time! Our location is also unique and provides a taste of the wild while still being a short drive to the events and activities of Summit County. As one of Summit County's Best Kept Secrets, Tiger Run Resort is a small gated community made up of RV Sites and Cabins. We are nestled in the fork of the Blue & Swan Rivers located in a small valley just outside of Breckenridge, Colorado. If you are looking to get away to the mountains we are the perfect place to be. Our close proximity to the ski resorts means that you will are just a short drive (or free bus ride) from great shopping, skiing, biking, and dinning. But our location is two fold! By not being located in town you have nature and wildlife right out the back door. We often have moose, fox, and even bears wonder through the resort. If you enjoy hiking or biking, then you can hop on the the Colorado trail which runs right through the resort! As a Home Owners Associations all of our inventory is made up of different owner's vacation homes. This means that each cabin has it's own vibe, distinct personality, and layout so that you can stay in the same resort but be in a totally different space every time you visit! But it is not just about the cabin, when you stay at our resort you get access to all the resort amenities! Our clubhouse is a huge perk to the stay, you can enjoy the heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, locker rooms, game room, fitness center, business center, and laundry facility! During the summer take advantage of our tennis courts, play ground, pavilion, and communal fire-pit. Our community atmosphere helps you to experience the great fun of meeting other guests and owners they enjoy the resort. The winter season has the resort full of guests who love the slopes and the summer features guests who take in the beauty of the mountains through outdoor actives or just grilling with new and old friends!
