We booked Aya's Modern Japanese Retreat for a work retreat. We had a large group that was easily accomadated. Aya was gracious with her home and always timely with her responses and informative when we had questions. The space itself is amazing. Ecclectic decor and beautiful finishes and furnishings. The outdoor space is incredible, both relaxing and fun, and also very private. Everything about our stay with Aya was amazing and I could not recommend her space enough. I wish we could have stayed longer! We had such a great time, we would love to make it an annual event!

My group absolutely loved our stay! The place was pristine and perfect for our large size. Aya was super sweet and communicative, and everyone involved was extremely accommodating. They were quick to respond and we had no issues throughout our stay!

This house was incredible. The pictures are great, but once you are there it is even better (and bigger) in person. We had a large group and it was perfect. The living area and kitchen were huge and had so much seating and fun activities. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, and had everything we needed. Multiple fridges, ovens and stove stops! The bedrooms were big, clean and beds were all so comfortable!! Everyone had their own bed. The backyard is spectacular - The pool, hot tub/grotto, water slide is next level. And all the seating, grilling equipment is top notch. We utilized the basketball court and putting green for some games. Aya was an awesome host. My experience working with her leading up to the weekend was smooth and transparent. And she was a huge help when questions arose during our stay. Its about a 15 minute Uber to the strip which is not bad at all! Would absolutely recommend for big groups!

Aya was an amazing host. Always was available to help and answer questions. The property is perfect for a large group and very close to the Strip and Fremont area. Lots of local options for food delivery and groceries. Quiet. Peaceful and just a short ride to the middle of it all.
