This bright 1 bed, 1 bath unit is perfect for couples and professionals needing a comfortable retreat with convenient access to all that Iowa City has to offer. What You Will Love - A bright and stylish open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room. - A luxurious and comfortable king bed - Quick access to all things Hawkeye, whether by car or on foot, including: downtown Iowa City, Kinnick Stadium, the University of Iowa Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Carver Hawkeye Arena, Hancher Auditorium, and the University of Iowa campus. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is part of a larger, four unit multi family building and you may therefore hear sounds of other residents such as footsteps or voices. Also be advised that the thermostat will not be accessible and is set to maintain a temperature in the unit of approximately 68 degrees. There is a space heater available in the bedroom closet should you need it! PARKING : Guests have dedicated parking for 1 car with additional, free parking located on adjacent streets. DINING: Dining table seats 2 and is furnished with place mats. LIVING ROOM : Lounge on the couch while watching your favorite shows on a 50 inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, or sign in with your own streaming services. KITCHEN: Fully-stocked with all the tools you need to cook meals. The coffee bar is always stocked with coffee, creamer, and sugar. Additional amenities include: - Pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking tray, mixing bowl, and cutting board - Plates, bowls, utensils, and glassware - Appliances: Oven, gas stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle BEDROOM: The bedroom features a spacious and comfortable king bed, two nightstands, and a spacious closet with hangers. BATHROOM: The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer.

This was my second stay at Ariana’s place and it was just as wonderful as the first! I have nothing but good things to say about this rental. 100% highly recommend!
Super clean and comfortable apartment close to downtown Iowa City. Nice walk through neighborhood streets to restaurants and shops. Quiet and peaceful inside after a busy day on campus. Communication and instructions from the host made entry and stay very easy.
The place was clean and nice, easy to get into and out of, and you can really beat the location if you are visiting UI. That said, however the vent system was designed it creates a lot of noise. Whenever anyone walks over the floor above you hear the creak of the metal vent, and if someone is talking in the apartment next door you can basically listen in on their conversation. Luckily there were quiet hours and when I messaged Ariana, she took care of it immediately and got them to stop, but in some other cases during the day I felt like I had the TV on (when I didn't) and in another case they cooked up something with lots of smoke and oil and it came into my unit. Overall it was still a pretty solid deal though and I really wasn't in the apartment at all so I didn't get bothered by it too much. But if you were planning on staying in and working you could end up in a tough situation depending on who is next door. But I do think Ariana would help remedy it since she was so responsive
I had a wonderful stay at this Northside Nook. It was exactly as described. It was a clean, comfortable and just adorable rental. Both Ariana and Richard were very responsive and helpful when it came to any questions I had. They were extremely accommodating when I ended up having to extend my stay. I would 100% stay here again!
