Embrace quality time with friends and family at this peaceful retreat near Kinnick. Privacy of a fenced yard with firepit, deck, and patio while still having room for a game of bags as you grill out. Just off the patio you'll be able to grab a drink from the wet bar and stretch out in one of the two living areas on the lower level. On the main there's a 3rd living area and a nicely stocked kitchen. Each living room has a TV with YouTubeTV streaming service provided. Four bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a wet bar make this space ideal for gathering. Three of the bedrooms are on the main level and each has queen sized bed. In the lower level there's a 4th bedroom with queen on the bottom and twin XL bunk above. There's also a queen sized pull out sofa in the lower level family room with the fireplace. The kitchen table seats 8 and there's a 2nd table for 4 by the wet bar. Outside there is a picnic table and a 2nd table for 6.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge backyard...we had a fun Easter egg hunt in the space. Brandi was a great host.
Great house for multiple guests, lower level is fantastic for hanging out, watching TV or just chilling. I highly recommend this house for those coming to Iowa City, close to campus, nice neighborhood, clean. Great backyard!
The house is spacious & so well furnished; nice to have the upstairs space w/ a nice deck & 3 bedrooms w/ comfortable beds!the kitchen was spacious & the table comfortably seats 8. Nice that there are 3 TVs (1 in upstairs LR & 2 in the basement - both areas downstairs have huge TVs & sofas w/ chaise lounges! The FP is downstairs so cozy. The laundry is in the downstairs bath which has a walk-in shower. Linens are luxurious & all the towels were plush! An easy 1 mile walk to UIHC which is where my brother was for an autologous stem cell transplant which is why we were there for 2 months! It made it easier to be so close. So much nicer than being in a hotel!

There’s a park with play equipment at the corner of Tower Ct and George St. At the end of the cul de sac there’s a path to cut through toward Kinnick. You will pass through the parking lot of Courtyard Hotel to get there. Kinnick is an 8 min walk and Carver is a 15 min walk. Sidekick Coffee, Maggie's, and Stella's are local restaurants within an 8 min walk. The neighborhood is quiet with many long term residents. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm.
Street parking is allowed on Tower Ct. in addition to the 3 spots on this property. There will be a map at the home showing the cut throughs to get to Kinnick easily.
