Great location in a quiet setting, yet still very close to Iowa City and North Liberty. House was very clean and well-supplied with towels and linens. As others have noted, the kitchen is not supplied with items one would typically expect--no cooking oil, no spices or other staples except salt and pepper, only two kitchen garbage bags. A dish sponge, hand dishwashing detergent and machine dishwasher detergent were provided, which appears to be in response to a recent review. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our large family. Close to campus, Kinnick, and coralville. There is plenty of yard for kids to play and we enjoyed the fire pit. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to IC!

House and location were great. Needed more than one roll of tp in each bathroom for 5 days along with at least as many trash bags as days rental. There were no kitchen sink soap, sink wash cloth or dishwasher tablets. It would be nice if the basics of cleaning supplies were provided.
