A Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 airbnb!! Garrett, the host, was super accommodating! Always available when needed and very friendly. Everything is newly renovated & very clean with comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend...and would stay again.

Loved staying in this home. Very clean and host always so responsive and very nice. Home was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Did not disappoint (: I will definitely recommend and price for four nights was good in comparison to other places.

Garrett’s place is awesome - perfectly clean, well equipped kitchen, easy to get to, cozy space including the backyard. He is also just an all around awesome host, very responsive, always ready to help and super friendly. We were a couple spending a few days working and cooking in the apartment and exploring Reno.

A well-renovated and thoughtfully designed property, with a wonderful down to earth host, in a quiet out of the way spot. Garrett was a pleasure to interact with and was always responsive, understanding, and helpful. All the household items are there and stocked -- I stayed for about a month and never felt anything lacking in terms of amenities or household goods. The house is located near to downtown (a few blocks away from the Wells Ave district), but it's not actually in it, so a car is required. The location is in close-ish proximity to shops and such, but the property itself sits in the middle of a suburban style neighborhood with single family homes surrounding it. A quick jaunt in the car gets you to wherever you need to go, however. I will definitely try to book with Garrett again when I'm next in Reno.

This is a Gem! Garrett’s house exceeded all expectations. Our 5 weeks (in between homes) were enjoyable and very comfortable!! The house has everything and the backyard is very special. The little “dog park” in the back was a favorite for our little dog. He loved every minute of it. Garrett is so responsive and quick to act. We give this 5 Stars!
