The room looks clean. The amenities are as described. However there were 3 cockroaches inside. We reported to the host. She offered to change the room for us. But the room she offered is on the 6th floor without pool access and did not offer to compensate for anything. So we decided not to change to that other room, and got rid of the cockroaches ourselves. The next morning we checked out, we found another cockroach on the bed.
